It is our responsibility to enhance the financial and operational performance of your property. We prepare detailed monthly financial reports for Boards. These reports indicate how and where the property is spending its money and if it is on budget. The reports give HEC the opportunity to comment on any extraordinary expenses not consistent with the budget. Each year we assist Boards prepare an operating budget based on prior year expenses and projected costs. We maintain relationships with various professionals, contractors and suppliers needed to help operate the property. These include lawyers, architects, engineers, accountants, building supply companies, insurance companies and general contractors. These relationships allow us to secure the best possible prices and services for our clients.
