Harold Cooke and Adrienne Collier co-founded HEC in 2002.  
    Together they possess strong legal and finance backgrounds with
    successful experiences in the real estate business.  Since the formation
    of HEC, they have maintained a consistent and loyal staff that is
    finance-educated and experienced in business.

    Hal has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry.  He
    spent 17 years on Wall Street as an  investment banker at Credit Suisse
    First Boston and Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette primarily in real estate
    finance.  Subsequently, he joined Crown NorthCorp, a publicly traded
    real estate advisory firm that managed highly leveraged real estate
    transactions for Wall Street clientele.  It was at Crown that Hal gained
    valuable operating experience.  As President and Chief Operating
    Officer he led and restructured the firm. From 2000-2002, Hal was a
    Senior Vice President in the real estate group of Harbert Management
    Corporation, a Birmingham, Alabama based merchant bank.  At
    Harbert, Hal gained significant experience in the real estate
    investment fund business.  

    Hal is a licensed attorney in New York.  He is a graduate of Harvard
    Law School.  He has a B.A. in Anthropology from Binghamton
    University and a Masters of Philosophy in Anthropology from Yale
    University. After graduating from law school, Hal practiced law at the
    New York City law firm of Debevoise & Plimpton. Hal is a New York
    State Licensed Real Estate Broker.

    Adrienne Collier is Hal's spouse and business partner. Adrienne has
    extensive, primarily public service legal experience as a Litigation
    Staff Attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services, Deputy General
    Counsel at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs and
    Assistant Attorney General in the Office of the New York State
    Attorney General.  Adrienne is responsible  for the day-to-day
    operations of the property management company as well as
    development projects in progress.   Adrienne is a licensed attorney in
    New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia.  She is a graduate
    of the University of Connecticut Law School and has a B.A. from
    Binghamton University. Adrienne is a Certified Low Income Housing
    Tax Credit Compliance Manager and  a New York State Licensed Real
    Estate Broker.
